The sub was supposed to cost 6.00$. Instead we were charged 7.75$.
Always love your subs but very unhappy with my recent visit. Store #60779-0: HostID SPM20170508094518. Ordered the breakfast combo with large Diet Coke. Steak,egg and cheese on wheat flatbread. Requested the senior discount (always received it before) the clerk stated 1. Couldn’t give discount because of registrar not letting her, 2 then stated price of combo went up. When I informed her I am eligible for discount and always have gotten it she informed me the price went up. My receipt doesn’t show any senior discount. Very poor customer service, she rung up purchase and didn’t know what she was doing. Did your company discontinue the discount??
I was completely satisfied with my order and the server Christopher..was very polite, helpful.he help make my visit enjoyable enough to return..it’s rare to find someone who is good with dealing with the public, he is…thank you
